Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will always try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

Return policy

Return & Exchange Conditions

Return items must not be washed or worn, and the original tags must be attached. Please carefully pack all items and ensure they are protected for shipping.

If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Kindly note that our pieces are manufactured in small batches. This means that size and color combinations are limited and availability is not guaranteed. We’ll always do our best to support you and your investment in your children’s wardrobe.
